GCE will gather together the energy managers of major oil and gas and energy companies of India for round-table discussions


Members of the GCE Group delegation continue their working visit in India. Today, 16 October, GCE experts headed by V.G. Tarasovsky, Director for Energy Efficiency, will hold a round-table meeting named "Measures to reduce energy losses in industry. International experience and recommendations". In particular, G.A. Eremeeva, Head of Energy Management Department of GCE Group, will tell about successful experience of development and introduction of ISO 50001 international corporate standard even before its official publication in 2011. V.G. Tarasovsky will describe in detail the energy audit procedures and elaborate upon surveys held at companies of oil and gas and energy industries. Such content of the reports is based on the specific composition of participants, including representatives of GAIL, Reliance, PTC India, BPCL and others.

In GCE Group V.G. Tarasovsky manages the energy auditors' activity, provides methodological support and control over energy audits, coordinates development of programmes and corporate standards in the sphere of energy saving. He personally participated in energy audits of over 300 industrial sites in Russia, Brazil, Germany, Spain, India and Kazakhstan. Tarasovsky is the author of a series of textbooks and technical guides on the issues of energy performance improvement and modernization of company energy saving policy, and he also published a number of articles dedicated to development and implementation of energy management systems.

In GCE Group G.A. Eremeeva manages the projects of development and implementation of corporate energy management systems in compliance with ISO 50001 international standard. She participates in preparation and performance of energy audits, from collection and analysis of input data till development of the Energy Saving Programme. From 2012 G.A. Eremeeva is also a leading trainer in development of energy management systems, she delivers lectures for chief power engineers and other persons responsible for company energy saving measures on "Requirement of ISO 50001:2011 Standard and Methodology of Energy Management System Implementation".
